Piano Instruction in Cincinnati

 

Composer and pianist, Velislava (Veli) Franta, has been teaching piano for almost 20 years. A native of Bulgaria, she began playing the piano at the age of 6 and received degrees in Piano and Music History in her country. When Veli isn’t teaching, you can hear playing and writing beautiful, storytelling music echoing through the rooms of the studio from our white grand piano. She even performed some of her own compositional works for the studio at our Fall recitals! Veli is patient, well-experienced, and excited to teach all ages how to master a beautiful instrument. She is also active as an accompanist, singer, and composer. Her hobbies include reading and knitting.

Kompozitor i pijanistkinja, Velislava (Veli) Franta, predaje klavir skoro 20 godina. Rodom iz Bugarske, počela je da svira klavir sa 6 godina i diplomirala je klavir i istoriju muzike u svojoj zemlji. Kada Veli ne predaje, možete čuti kako svira i piše prelepu, pripovedačku muziku koja odjekuje kroz sobe studija sa našeg belog klavira. Čak je izvela i neke od svojih kompozitorskih dela za studio na našim jesenjim recitalima! Veli je strpljiva, iskusna i uzbuđen da nauči sve uzraste kako da savladaju lep instrument. Aktivna je i kao korepetitor, pevačica i kompozitor. Njeni hobiji uključuju čitanje i pletenje.
